Please note: We’ve created this help centre to make it easier for you to find the answers yourself. This will always be the quickest way to get the answers you’re looking for.
We are experiencing a large increase in customer requests. We aim to reply to you between 24-48 hours, however please be patient whilst we work on responding to you. If your order is not urgent, please wait 5 days before emailing us if you order has not been dispatched. Dispatch time is currently 3-5 days. If it is urgent, DM us in Instagram.

FAQ
Will I need to pay custom duties and taxes on my international order?
This depends on your shipping destination:
- UK: No VAT or duties apply.
- EU: All prices include duties and taxes.
- USA: No duties on orders under $800.
- Canada: Duties may apply on orders over CAD $22.
- Other International: Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery.
Is VAT or country tax applied to international orders?
VAT is included for UK and EU orders. International customers may be charged local taxes on delivery, depending on their country’s import rules.
Can I pick up my order?
We currently do not offer local collection or pick-up services.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we’re unable to make any changes.
Can my order be redirected?
For security reasons, we’re unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
Can you deliver to a po box address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Some deliveries may require a signature depending on the courier and country. Your tracking link will notify you if a signature is needed.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
